Do I need to sort my laundry for pick up?
No, leave the sorting to us. We want to make this easy for you.
Can I choose what products are used on my laundry?
Yes, we offer Tide Original, Gain, and All Free and Clear. We use Oxyclean on all whites. Chlorine bleach can be used at your request.
Is my laundry washed with other customer's laundry?
No. Never! Each load is tagged with your order number for identifying purposes.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We do not at this time.
What if I want my clothes hung to dry?
We are happy to hang certain items to dry for you. Please bag these items separately and label the back. All hang to dry items will have a $1.00 up charge per item. This may also impact your delivery time.
