How much does pick up and delivery laundry service cost?
Our price for wash, dry, fold is $2.35 per pound of dry laundry.

Do I need to sort my laundry ahead of time?
No, leave the sorting to us.

I feel strange about others seeing my undergarments. How is this handled?
Some customers choose to place their undergarments in a mesh bag. We simply wash and dry the bag, never removing your items from the bag. Simply add these instructions to your order.

Do I get to choose the products used for my clothing?
Yes! We use Tide Original, Gain Original, All Free and Clear or ECO Friendly laundry detergent. Liquid fabric softener is also an option. All laundry has a dryer sheet added unless you let us know not to use one. Simply indicate your preferences with your order and we will follow them.

Do you use bleach on my whites?
Not unless you request that we do. We use Oxyclean for all whites.

What temperature are my clothes washed on?
We wash all clothes in cool water unless you request a different temperature.

What if I want certain items hung to dry?
We are happy to hang your items to dry. Please place the things you want hung to dry in a separate bag and include the hangers.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum fee of $30.

What is the turnaround time for my laundry?
We will return your laundry within 24 hours unless more time is needed for hang to dry items.

Are my clothes washed with other customers’ clothes?
No way!! We will never combine your clothes with other customers’ clothes.

Do you offer ironing and dry cleaning?
We do not offer these services.
